Account Manager

Summary Objective:
  • Maintain and enhance Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc. (LMP, Inc.’s) goal of being recognized as a top performing and highly reputable full service landscape maintenance provider by actively participating in the strategic objectives of:
  • Creating a safe, efficient and productive workplace environment that affords each employee the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and themselves.
  • Producing high quality work that is reflective of the standards of service developed by LMP, Inc. inclusive of focusing on the details.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Participating in the on-boarding of each new client.
  • Develop supportive and proactive relationships with the assigned client base.
  • Physically inspect client sites to ensure standards are being met or exceeded. 
  • Meet with the assigned client base monthly to discuss property conditions, concerns, and other relevant information.
  • Attend client/board meetings on an as needed basis.
  • Participates in the management of team members through involvement in scheduling, and oversight activities inclusive of monthly quality inspections, safety inspections to ensure protocols are adhered to, and the identification of issues related to pests, disease, or irrigation concerns.

Arbor Care

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensures arbor care division is meeting client deadlines for service needs.
  • Assists Arbor Care Manager in managing all tree services, including the operation scheduling coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Participates as deemed necessary in performing of hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
  • Demonstrates and performs proper climbing techniques and procedures, pruning skills, application of approved knots, and rigging techniques.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the proper operation and use of bucket/lift vehicles, chainsaws, stump grinders, cranes, and other arbor related equipment.

Enhancement Installation Technician

Summary Objective:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Successfully and safely running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving mechanized equipment such as walk behind or zero turn mowers, edgers, blowers, pruners, skid loaders, and utility vehicles.
  • Plants or maintains vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing, watering, weeding, mowing, or pruning.
  • Consistently caring for new or established new landscape materials in a professional manner reflective of LMP’s quality of service and industry best management practices.
  • Evaluates and reports any observed issues regarding the quality of plants, soil, trees, and turf at LMP client sites.
  • Use of small tools and small-engine equipment to perform installation and maintenance while observing safety policies.

Spray Technician

Summary Objective:
  • Maintain and enhance Landscape Maintenance Professionals, Inc. (LMP, Inc.’s) goal of being recognized as a top performing and highly reputable full service landscape maintenance provider by actively participating in the strategic objectives of:
  • Creating a safe, efficient and productive workplace environment that affords each employee the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and themselves.
  • Producing high quality work that is reflective of the standards of service developed by LMP, Inc. inclusive of focusing on the details.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates knowledge in the safe operation of the following types of equipment: mechanically pressurized spray equipment, and hand-operated spray equipment.
  • Fills sprayer tanks with water and chemicals according to label rates and calibration targeted for pest and/or disease.
  • Maintains chemical storage and mixing areas in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations and is responsible for the safety and direction of field service personnel.
  • Identify lawn and ornamental plant pests/diseases and determine the appropriate course of treatment.
  • Starts motors and engages machinery, such as sprayer agitators or pumps or portable spray equipment.
  • Connect hoses and nozzles selected according to terrain, distribution pattern requirements, types of infestations, velocities, and prevailing weather patterns.
  • Prepares and mixes chemical agents used in the trade; prepares work area prior to beginning job and cleans after completion of job.

Irrigation Technician

Summary Objective:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sets and maintains times on computer and electronic valve clocks; troubleshoots computerized electronic systems, irrigation controllers, solenoid valves, and heads of all types.
  • Visually inspecting irrigation systems for coverage and functionality.
  • Performing monthly irrigation inspections by testing irrigation systems for proper function of all components, including controllers, valves and moisture sensors.
  • Using electrical meters and wire trackers to identify issues and to locate valves and wiring.
  • Locating, excavating and repairing/replacing any existing irrigation system component.
  • Installing/testing/setting all irrigation system components, including irrigation pipe, valves, wiring, controllers, rain sensors and soil moisture sensors.
  • Responsible for overall care of equipment used.
  • Clean or service machinery to ensure operating efficiency, using water, gasoline, lubricants, or hand tools.

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consistently caring for new or established landscape materials located in the nursery in a professional manner reflective of LMP’s quality of service and industry best management practices.
  • Prunes/trims applicable flowers and shrubs in different seasons, weed/pest identification.
  • Plants, transplants, or maintains vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing, watering, weeding, mowing, or pruning.
  • Evaluates and reports any observed issues regarding the quality of plants, soil, trees, and turf at LMP nursery.
  • Use of small tools, small-engine equipment, tractors, and other machinery to perform necessary grounds maintenance in yard while observing safety policies.
